After several meetings within our group, we build the SRS for the system, its good to mention that the system is based on an incremental and extensible model.

Project Name : Online Real Estate Manager

Logo of the business : - The free place where real estate buyers and sellers meet.

he idea of this project is to create a real estate manager to gather buyers, sellers and real estate agents together.

The idea is to create a web application that will accommodate the needs of buyers, sellers and real estate agents together. The main aim of our business is to make our application a platform for all real estate users and get fees from different kind of users depending on there needs and services. A real estate negotiator takes lots of money when concluding a deal, using our system lots of time and money can be saved by the buyers. Through out our system there will be a search criteria, and details will be listed, important information such as real address, and contact details of the buyer will not be listed unless the user pays a membership fee.

We will have the following kind of personnel for this system.

Sellers

Sellers A : can post there adverts here for free, they have limited space, they can upload up to 1 image and up to 100 words of text, if they need more

Sellers B: there will be a fee to upload more images and more text.

Buyers

Buyers A – users that have an interest

(these buyers will have to pay nothing to view the listed housing available, but they have limited details given)

Buyers B – these user are either really interested to buy property.

(these buyers are really interested to buy and to do this they are willing to pay a subscription fee to get details of the sellers, once a subscription fee is paid, the buyer can contact the seller, through our mailing system)

Agents : An agent can have a special kind of membership where he can buy and sell property.

Purpose and why this will be successful

As a Real estate agency is one of the everbooming fields. So competition is very high. We can excel in anything only if we have competion.

Benefits of using our system

It is widely known that real estate agents usually take a fixed commision on the sales of property. Using our system seller can benefit by posting their advertisements for free, and buyers can save a lot of money in finding their desirable property. Also buyers can have a free usage of our system and they only pay membership fees if they are really interested. The aim of the company is to establish itself as an online real estate agency where we promote free advertisment and get a small income from membership fees. Our company will be the place where buyers and sellers are the maximum benefiters, which is not usually the case.

Market research for target customers.

How we will make money.

From this system we will make money from buyers who have to do a membership in order to view all the details and from the sellers that want to make more than one image or more text. Our main source of income though will be membership fees.
